• operating costs, understood as the costs of managing the common property, which include in particular the costs of rent and property management as defined in the Act on Ownership of Premises, including all amounts due under agreements for the supply of utilities (electricity, water, central heating, and other utilities), cleaning, security, insurance, etc.
